Suggested Use: 1 capsule with water at the beginning of each meal (or open capsule and sprinkle over food). Do not sprinkle on hot food. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Other Ingredients: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule), and magnesium stearate.
