Suggested Use:
1 capsule daily 1 hour prior to sleep. For best results use this product for at least 7 to 10 days to help promote normal sleep.
Other Ingredients:
gelatin (capsule), acacia gum, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica.
